Overview

We have an immediate need for litigation paralegals in our growing Austin office.  Candidates must have 3 or more years of litigation experience. These are full-time, onsite opportunities.

 

Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, discovery, trial preparation, and experience assisting at trial, and familiarity with the Texas and Federal rules of civil procedure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client contact and document review
  • Production, drafting and responding to discovery
  • Indexing, exhibit preparation, and investigation and research.

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$90,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
