Overview

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal in our Las Vegas office.  Ideal candidates must have three or more years of trial and litigation experience. The firm offers a friendly, business casual environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance.  This is a full-time position and there may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.

 

Ideal candidates must have familiarity with the Nevada and Federal rules of civil procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Civil litigation experience.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support.
  • Proficiency in document management software (i.e., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trial preparation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is a plus.
  • Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
  • ABA Paralegal certification is required and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$90,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
