Paralegal

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with 80 offices covering all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal in its expanding Providence, RI office. Ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with all phases of real estate closings
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
• Experience preparing and filing legal documents (RI, Federal and State Courts)
• Experience filing annual reports and forming corporations
• Strong computer skills
• Paralegal certificate is required

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$90,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
