Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a Legal Assistant for its Missoula, Montana office. Ideal candidates must have three or more years of civil litigation experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Research case information, utilizing online and internal resources
  • Gather supporting documents and evidence for attorney review and case preparation
  • Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment
  • Prepare and file legal documents (Montana Federal & State Courts)
  • Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, docketing, e-filing and procedures
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office 2016 computer skills
  • Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus

The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
