Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, seeks skilled attorneys with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions to join our dynamic team. We welcome applicants with a license to practice in any state, with a preference for those based in Pittsburgh or Chicago.

• Complex M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in complex mergers & acquisitions.
• Strong background in corporate and business counseling.
• Familiarity with private placements and debt financing.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
