Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking two highly detail-oriented and motivated individuals for a temporary, six-month project-based position within our Fintech Department. The Billing Data Administrator is a Quality Assurance role that works under the direction of the Director of Financial Systems. The primary focus of this role will be to assist with a critical data deduplication and cleanup initiative to enhance the integrity of our financial data systems. Upon successful completion of the project, this role may be considered for a permanent position in a related capacity, depending on the firm's needs.

 

This position prefers a minimum of two (2) years of work experience supporting users in a specialized field relevant to records or data management. Qualified candidates shall have a general understanding of law firm operations and financial management processes. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to tasks. They should demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as well as have excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SQL, SSRS and Access is a plus. Any experience with law firm matter intake and/or financial systems such as, but not limited to: Aderant Expert, Elite, Fulcrum, Intapp or iManage is an advantage.

Salary Range: $25.00-$28.00 per hour.
