Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Coordinator in its Austin office. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.


The position will support the Regional Office Administrator with miscellaneous administrative tasks that may include, but are not limited to, applicant tracking, interview scheduling/ coordination, on-boarding of new employees, submission of expense reimbursements and invoices, and various administrative duties as needed. This is a full-time onsite position.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience. Law firm experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iManage are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

 

The yearly salary range is between $65,000-$85,000.
