Financial Services and Real Estate Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for attorneys specializing in Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, a strong academic background, and proven research skills. They should be driven team players with exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates will work alongside a nationally recognized leader in the CMBS industry who has successfully managed complex litigation matters across the Midwest. His expertise includes defending against TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA claims, as well as handling high-stakes TCPA class actions for mortgage servicers and corporations.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Michigan with remote flexibility for candidates based in Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
