Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for attorneys specializing in Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, a strong academic background, outstanding writing skills, proven research skills, and is highly motivated. They should be driven team players with exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates will work closely with and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, CMBS litigation and transactional work, and financial services litigation, and who have successfully managed complex, high-stakes litigation across the country. Attorneys in this role will gain hands-on experience in litigation strategy, client interaction, sophisticated motion practice, as well as transactional work in the real estate arena. Litigation experience is a must, and some real estate transactional experience would be a plus.

The yearly salary range is as follows: Associates: $100,000-$150,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000-$200,000; Partners: $190,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
