Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a Legal Assistant in its Chicago office’s Transactional Practice Group. Qualified candidates must have 2-4 years’ legal assistant experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities include supporting attorneys, working with paralegals and other staff, opening matters, reviewing case material, organizing files, submitting expense reports, handling mail, docket/calendar and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus.
