Commercial & Employment Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Dallas office for experienced litigation attorneys to work in the commercial and employment law practice group. The attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.

Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of commercial and employment litigation experience, and we welcome all experience levels to apply.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.

Qualifications:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
• Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers and other staff.
